One-on-One: Personal training is just that with one-on-one training either in Gratitude Fitness’ studio or in the comfort and ease of your own home. As your Personal Training, Vicki will also be your mentor and motivator, providing you with a personalised plan and supporting you along your path to well health and results!
Or if you prefer, you can purchase an on-line programme to do at your convenience.
All programmes on-line have access to Vicki via email, phone (NZ only) or Skype to answer your questions about the programme. You can also set up a personal one-on-one Skype session (at a small cost to you) if you would like help ensuring your technique is correct..
