What We Offer.
Gratitude Fitness understands that we are all individuals and enjoy exercising in different ways. That is why we offer you one-on-one personal training sessions in the studio, your home or using outdoor areas near your residence. And for those who enjoy working out with a friend or as part of a team, we have group sessions available.
All sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and age with exercises designed to suit individual needs.
As your Personal Trainer, Vicki will be your mentor and motivator, providing you with a personalised plan and support you along your path to well health and fitness.
Each client will be able to access their personalised training plan on-line with an individual secure username and password.
