Super Food Smoothie.

Add the ingredients to a blender:

½ cup of berries (frozen/fresh, mixed, blueberries, strawberries, whatever is in season)
1 banana
1 tsp of macca powder
1 tsp of cacao powder
1 tsp of bee pollen (best kept in the fridge)
1 tsp of spirulina powder (best kept in the fridge)
Handful of Goji Berries
1 cup of almond milk
Optional:

¼ avocado
Spinach or Kale leaves
1 tsp of LSA (best kept in the fridge)
Cinnamon
