Hot Beef Salad.

Cook up your lean beef/steak/ chicken with herbs of your choice. Rest and then slice.

 

Make up a salad of whatever is handy in the fridge, vege drawer or leftovers…. Lettuce, rocket, spinach, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, spring onions, carrots, roasted kumara/pumpkin/parsnip, red onion, cabbage…. For ideas. And Toss all together with balsamic vinegar and oil.

Place the sliced meat on top
