Salmon and Zuchinni Pasta.

Serves 6:

 

Bake the salmon in the oven.

Cook the amount that you need for the amount of people you are cooking for (120-150 g each)

Strip zuchinni with a peeler so you have fine strips and blanch them in boiling water.

Drain in colander.

Place on plate.Break up the salmon and place on top of zuchinni.

 

Pour over; avocado oil, sea salt, pepper and pinenuts
